Disc-Diva/Laser-Diva & La Foret present The Sakuna Matata Disc Golf Tournament

Yes, it's time! The 2013 Sakuna Matata is June 1-2.
Remember if you play the course in April & May, you are still required to check in at the La Foret office before going to the course. Parking is at the clearing before hole 9. Come join us for the Sakuna Matata 6.

For those needing directions to La Foret (6145 Shoup Rd Colo Springs) for the tournament...
I-25 south to exit 156A North Gate Rd, east to Hwy 83 about 2 miles; turn right (south) on Hwy 83, then left (east) on Shoup Rd (about 3.5 miles). La Foret is on the right: look for the La Foret sign.

From the south on I-25, exit 153 Interquest Parkway, east over interstate to Hwy 83 about 2 miles, curving around north to Shoup Rd. Right (east) on Shoup about 3.5 miles.

Friday check-in and doubles meeting is at the Crafts/Stable building by the Yurts. Tournament central and all meetings will be at Ben Smith/Stables by the yurts. Fri check-in is 4-7 pm, doubles at 4:30. Registration closes on Friday. Sat am check-in at 7:30 am, player meeting at 8:30 at Ben Smith. Sunday meeting is at 9:00 with first round at 9:45.

Cabins are available by calling La Foret directly. Yurt beds and tent camping by the yurts is available for $25 per person for Fri/Sat nights.

Important Information:
All tournament access is through the La Foret camp main entrance at 6145 Shoup Rd. Tournament Central, check in and all meetings will be at the Crafts/Stable building by the Yurts. Parking for the weekend will be at the Crafts/Stable building & across/east from the dining hall with carpooling out to the course for rounds. Please do not drive out to the course without a full vehicle & not beyond parking area. Parking area will be flagged.

Alcohol, drugs or smoking (fire hazards!) on the course is grounds for disqualification. This INCLUDES in your possession, in addition to any use. If you are underage and caught drinking at ANY time you will be disqualified and need to leave the property. Remember, this is private property and they have their rules which need to be followed for us to use this awesome course.
